Lazudi lands $2m from Swedish VC PropTech Farm

Lazudi, a Thailand-based online property agency, raised US$2 million in funding from PropTech Farm, a VC firm based in Sweden.

Lazudi is designed to assist local property agents with managing inquiries and negotiations. Its online platform can also help consumers find properties available for purchase or rent.

The company was founded by Costa Savva, Neil Sutton, and serial entrepreneur Ben Neve in 2020. Around eight years earlier, the trio established an online portal in Thailand called Dot Property, which was acquired by The Mitula Group for A$11 million (around US$7.8 million) in 2016.
